HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT AND MAINTAIN GOOD HEALTH


hello dear friend..

According to the world health organization(WHO), globally there are more than 1 billion overweight adult and at least 200 million of them are obese. Obesity and overweight pose a major risk for chronic disease including diabetes, hypertension, stroke and certain form of cancer.

I want you to ask yourself why is this happening?? Is it our fault or others??

I personally think it is our fault for not taking good care of ourselves. Nowadays we can find fast food anywhere. Funny thing is that although we know how dangerous it can cause to our health and also our weight, we still eat it and love it!!!

That's why, I feel responsible to help and guide you to a healthy lifestyle. I can help and coach you to lose weight and maintain good health. Remember friends, health is most expensive. We may have all the money in the world but if we have bad health, how then can we enjoy our wealth.

So friends, take action now before it's too late. Don't let people to tease our obesity and make fun of us!!!
